House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is seven; additional persons require express approval. Smoking and events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Pets require owner approval. Dog approval costs $75 per dog per booking; additional fees and a security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $110.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool, hot-tub, outdoor furniture and equipment availability. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection; coverage details are in the booking agreement. Balance payments by credit card are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire.

Getting there

The ocean beach is 1 mile away. Egypt and Wyborg beaches are a bike ride away. Beaches, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance; restaurants, bars and grocery stores are half a mile or less away. The game room and fitness area are on the lower level. Driveway parking is limited to three cars.
