The house

This approximately 2,700-square-foot home was formerly the cottage house of a Lilly Pond Lane estate. It has furnished living spaces, a renovated kitchen and renovated bathrooms. The four bedrooms contain one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds in total, with bed linens supplied. The three full bathrooms include one with a shower, one with a shower/tub combination and one with a separate shower and tub.

The landscaped backyard has a southern-exposure heated gunite pool, patio loungers, a stone patio, shaded outdoor dining, patio furniture and a gas grill. Guests have access to two nearby shared tennis courts. Indoor facilities include air conditioning, heating, a usable fireplace, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Bath towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Red Horse Market is a five-minute walk away, with a butcher, vegetables, pizza and other food supplies. Adjacent businesses include Morrell’s Wine store and shops; Naturopathica offers massage and facial services in the same market complex. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
