The house

The home has light-filled, open-plan living spaces with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a spacious living room, a dining area and a sunroom overlooking nature. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware.

The second-floor sleeping rooms contain a queen bed and a king bed, each with air conditioning and a closet. The queen room has balcony/deck access. The main-floor sleeping room contains a sleep sofa, television and closet. Two full bathrooms, one on each floor, have shower/tub combinations.

Outdoor facilities include a wraparound balcony overlooking the seasonal freshwater pool, an uncovered deck/patio, two lounge chairs, patio furniture with an umbrella, a gas grill and a cold-water outdoor shower. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a washer and dryer, heating and hot water are provided. Window-unit air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable and smart television, and a Bluetooth speaker are available. The driveway accommodates four cars.

Maidstone Beach and Three Mile Harbor are minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
