House rules

The primary renter must be at least 28 years old. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during one stay, require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, Marquis may attempt to rebook with the owner's agreement; successful rebooking for the original dates at the same or a higher price permits a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount, after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, the original stay may still be used if payments are current and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.

Getting there

Main Beach and Georgica Beach are minutes away. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool availability and outdoor furniture and equipment. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
