The house

The approximately 1,350-square-foot home has an open floor plan, tall ceilings and a living room with a large sectional and wood-burning fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the backyard. The centrally located kitchen has modern appliances, a coffee maker, cooking essentials and an island with seating; a separate dining room adjoins the living areas. A dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer are provided.

All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house and have air conditioning, streaming TVs and standard closets. There is one twin bedroom, one queen bedroom and a primary bedroom with a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.

The landscaped backyard has a private freshwater pool, sundeck, lounge chairs, outdoor seating and dining furniture, a gas barbecue, a wood-burning fire pit and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Free parking and a garage are available. Main Beach and Georgica Beach are minutes away, with village shops, galleries, restaurants, farm stands, parks and nature trails nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
