The house

The renovated home sits atop a hill overlooking a cul-de-sac. Approximately 2,600 square feet of interiors include a great room and dining area with vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, smart-home features and sliding glass doors opening onto an expansive deck and yard. The professional kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, pot and Keurig coffee makers, wine fridge, ice maker and blender.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, private deck, fireplace, walk-in closet, cable TV and an adjacent open office area. Three main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom arrangement; two also have deck access.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated 20-by-40 saltwater pool, hot tub, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, gas grill, uncovered deck, patio furniture and eight lounge chairs. The pool is fenced; the hot-tub area is not fenced, while the deck is fenced. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and cooler are provided. A Tesla charging station and parking are available.

The home has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, cable and smart TVs, a Sonos speaker system, washer and dryer, linens and towels, a game room, ping-pong table and pool table. Under the Elite program, the homeowner handles on-site operations and guest communication after booking.
