The house

The cottage has landscaped grounds with mature trees, flowering plants and an herb garden. A back deck off the main living area has outdoor dining for six, string lights and lounge chairs. Outdoor facilities include a gas barbecue and an enclosed hot-and-cold outdoor shower. A long driveway provides off-street parking.

The open-plan main level connects the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen to the deck through sliding glass doors. The living room has a sectional sofa and wood-burning fireplace; the dining area seats six. The kitchen includes modern appliances, a microwave, cookware, dishes and a large island. Air conditioning, heating, hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace, standard closet and private full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and standard closet; the third has two twin beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bathroom is on the main floor. Estimated floor area is 2,000 square feet.

East Hampton Main Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach are a short drive or leisurely bike ride away. East Hampton Village offers restaurants, shops and galleries, with parks and walking trails nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
