The house

The home sits in a quiet neighborhood near East Hampton Village. Its landscaped yard includes a large sundeck, pool loungers, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, outdoor dining and seating areas, and an outdoor fireplace. Fireplace use is not permitted for guests. Free parking is available on the property.

The open-plan living and dining areas connect through sliding doors to the poolside patio. The recently updated, fully equipped kitchen has appliances, a microwave, coffee maker and a large island. Other facilities include central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a Sonos system, television and fitness equipment. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The finished lower level offers additional living and sleeping space.

All three bedrooms are on the main floor and have king beds and air conditioning. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, television, walk-in closet and sliding doors to the pool area. The two guest bedrooms have standard closets and share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The lower-level sleeping area has a king bed, air conditioning and its own full bathroom with a shower.

Main Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach are a short drive or bike ride away. Georgica Beach, Wiborg Beach and Egypt Beach are also nearby. East Hampton Village offers shops, galleries and restaurants. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
