House rules
Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable, and additional cleaning will be scheduled and charged. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
The condo occupies two stories. Eagle Bahn Gondola is steps away; town and Tavern on the Square are within walking distance. Paid valet parking is limited to two cars and operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The home is for sale and showings may occur during stays; 24 hours' notice will be given if possible.
