The house

Eagle's Nest at the Ritz-Carlton is a 1,964-square-foot, two-story condo with mountain views, a balcony, a private living room, fireplace, smart TV and dining table. The main bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has a captain bunk and trundle.

The kitchen includes an island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, standard drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer and toiletries are provided. Heating, hot water, free Wi-Fi, an office and desk/workspace are available. The cooling system brings the home down to around 68 degrees.

Ritz-Carlton facilities include a shared heated, fenced pool, hot tub, sauna, spa, gym and lobby lounge. Other amenities include a BBQ area, pool table and elevator. Ski storage, boot heaters, ski valet and a private ski shuttle are available. The condo is steps from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and within walking distance of town and Tavern on the Square. The Ritz-Carlton concierge can assist with Red Sky Golf access, restaurant reservations and grocery delivery.

Full daily housekeeping is included; room service is not available. Paid valet parking accommodates up to two cars, with payment collected at the Ritz-Carlton front desk; valet operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Long-term stays are allowed. The home is for sale and showings may occur during reservations, with 24 hours' notice given if possible. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
