House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Saturday check-in and check-out. The electric fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027.
Getting there
The beach is a short walk away, with Pine Island Beach Access 1 identified as the beach access. Parking is limited to four vehicles.
