The house

The home accommodates up to 18 guests and has six bedrooms, including two king suites with private bathrooms. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include three king beds, one queen bed, one twin-over-twin bunk set, two double-over-twin bunk sets and two twin trundles.

The top level has open living and dining areas, a large kitchen with bar seating and an island, a great room with an electric fireplace, and a ship’s watch reading area. The first-level recreation room has a pool table and wet bar, with access from the pool area. Laundry facilities are on the second level.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, decks with outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower, gas and charcoal grills, a basketball hoop and five beach chairs. A pool alarm is provided. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, basketball courts, playground and beach access.

The kitchen includes a blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Entertainment includes satellite TV and bumper pool. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, municipal water and keyless entry. Shopping and dining are nearby in Corolla and Duck.
