The duplex has a furnished porch, patio and barbecue, with direct neighbours in a residential area. Communal grounds include a large garden, a shared swimming pool measuring 32 × 18 m with depths of 1.10–2 m, and a children's pool measuring 7.5 m in diameter with a constant depth of 0.4 m. Pool opening is scheduled for 1 June–30 September, subject to community regulations and seasonal changes without notice; updated information is available on arrival.
The ground floor has an air-conditioned living-dining room with Smart TV and an open kitchen with a ceramic hob. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Stairs lead to three first-floor bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fans: two twin rooms and one double room. A cot and high chair can be provided. Towels and a hair dryer are available.
