The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Bora induction hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The attic bedroom has a 1.80 × 2.00 m double bed with an open foot end and a Velux window with a blackout blind.
A north-facing balcony has outdoor furniture from April to October. A sheltered garden seating area behind the house has a beach chair from April to October. Heating and an ironing board are provided.
