House rules
Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Minimum booking nights apply and vary by season; long-term stays are also allowed. For bookings newly created after 26 September 2025, linen is supplied but guests must make the beds. For bookings made before 26 September 2025, bring sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels, or arrange optional linen hire for an additional fee.
Getting there
Kings Beach is less than a minute's walk away, with no roads to cross to the sand. Undercover parking is limited to one vehicle with a 2 m height clearance. Lift replacement starts on 27 January 2027 and is expected to last approximately nine weeks; access is by stairs only during this period.
