The house

Unit 7 at Dulkara has an open-plan living and dining area opening onto a private north-facing balcony. Both the living area and balcony have ocean views. Kings Beach is less than a minute's walk away, with no roads to cross to reach the sand.

The master bedroom and third bedroom each have a queen bed; the second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a shower over a half-size bathtub and a toilet. Ceiling fans are provided throughout; the apartment has no air conditioning.

The self-contained kitchen includes cookware, crockery, utensils, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. An internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a TV are provided. Guests share the complex's outdoor swimming pool and communal barbecue area.

Free undercover parking is available for one vehicle, with a 2 m height clearance. The building has a lift, but replacement work beginning 27 January 2027 is scheduled to last approximately nine weeks; guests must use stairs during that period.

Linen is supplied for bookings newly created after 26 September 2025, but guests must make the beds. For bookings made before that date, guests must bring their own linen or arrange linen hire for an additional fee.
