The house

Dream on Elm Street accommodates up to eight guests in a traditional home with modern updates. The main floor includes a formal parlor, dining area and eat-in kitchen, along with a sun room with marble floors. Four bedrooms are on the second floor and one is on the third floor. The first bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom; three bedrooms each have a double/full bed, and one has two twin beds. There are three full bathrooms.

The landscaped outdoor spaces include a heated, fenced private pool, deck/patio, balcony, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs and a gas grill. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and five adult bicycles are available. Indoors, facilities include air conditioning, heating, a usable fireplace, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a game room, a speaker system, a washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, cookware, wine fridge and ice maker. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The village is within walking distance, and the house is near the LIRR, restaurants, shops and ocean beaches. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
