Children and infants are welcome. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed. Evidence of smoking inside the property incurs a minimum fine of AED 1800. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time, and submit a passport copy for each guest before arrival. A greeter meets guests at the building for personal check-in. Check-ins after 21:00 incur a mandatory AED 150 surcharge payable in advance; share your arrival time in advance. Checkout is strictly at 11:00; late checkout without prior approval incurs an AED 1800 penalty. Daily housekeeping is optional, available on request for an additional fee. Free cancellation is available up to five days before the check-in date.
Getting there
The apartment is on the 13th floor and is accessible by elevator. Dubai Mall is within a three-minute walk. The Dubai Fountain is five minutes away, Dubai Airport is 17 minutes away, and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station is 30 minutes away. Occasional construction in the building or surrounding area may cause noise or affect views.
