The house

The apartment has an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table for four, plus a furnished balcony. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, and a dishwasher is available. The bedroom has a king-size bed with linens. One bathroom has a toilet; the other has a toilet and shower. Towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and the building's shared facilities, including outdoor swimming pools, a children's pool, massage room, sauna and steam room. The building also has a children's play area, billiards and a cafe. Elevator access and parking are available.

RP Heights is opposite The Address Views Hotel, within a three-minute walk of Dubai Mall. The Dubai Fountain is five minutes away, Dubai Airport is 17 minutes away, and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station is 30 minutes away. Choitrams is on the building's ground floor, with Fairmart across the street.

Daily housekeeping is available on request for an additional fee. Additional services offered include luggage storage, private drivers, children's equipment and activities.
