No parties or events. Non-smoking. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are accepted except dangerous-breed animals. The property has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use domestic outlets for vehicle charging. Kitchen and bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional services.
