The house

The house has a living room with two sofas and a television, a dining area, and an equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, filter and capsule coffee makers, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub are on the upper level, with a separate toilet. Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with exterior ground-level access, a shower room and toilet. The garage has a table-tennis table. The basement has an additional refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, and access to the garden and pool. The covered terrace and garden have outdoor furniture. The chlorine pool measures 10 × 4.5 m, is 1.4–1.8 m deep, is open May 1 through September 27, and is not heated.
