House rules
A three-night minimum stay applies year-round; management may permit a two-night stay with an added cleaning fee. A five-night minimum applies over Thanksgiving week, and a seven-night minimum applies over Christmas and New Year's week. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. A 10% resort fee is added to rates. Additional fees apply to certain reserved services, and complimentary or first-come, first-served benefits have the stated limitations. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Getting there
Rum Point Club is 100 yards west of the resort. The resort is adjacent to the Bioluminescent Bay; Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill and The Kaibo Marina are 1.2 miles away, Starfish Point is 1.7 miles south, Chisholm's Grocery is 4.4 miles away, and Owen Roberts Airport is 26 miles away with a stated 49-minute drive. A rental car is highly recommended; taxi cabs are described as unreliable and expensive outside town, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
