The house

This approximately 1,850-square-foot residence combines indoor and outdoor living with open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas, contemporary finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has premium appliances, stone countertops, custom cabinetry and an oversized island. A private covered balcony provides seating and views over the Caribbean Sea. The resort has reef-protected beachfront, a private dock with a ladder for water entry, beach service, an infinity pool, a restaurant and bar, a fitness center for guests aged 18 and over, bike share, a local shuttle around Rum Point, a business center, and daily light housekeeping.

A 10% resort fee includes the listed resort services and benefits; some services require advance reservations or have additional fees, and first-come, first-served items cannot be reserved before arrival. Rum Point Club is 100 yards west of the resort. The resort is adjacent to the Bioluminescent Bay and Rum Point Club.
