A three-night minimum stay is required year-round. A five-night minimum applies over Thanksgiving week, and a seven-night minimum applies over Christmas and New Year's week. A two-day stay may be permitted by the manager with a cleaning fee. Christmas and New Year's dates are typically split into two rental periods. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. The 10% resort fee is added to rates. A 13% occupancy tax, accidental damage protection, and applicable service charges are also added. The resort advertises daily light housekeeping. Resort services marked with an asterisk require advance reservations and additional fees; services marked with a plus sign are first-come, first-served. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. For stays booked more than 60 days before arrival, a 50% deposit is required; the balance is due 60 days before arrival for January 4–April 14 stays, 30 days before arrival for April 15–December 15 stays, and 120 days before arrival for December 16–January 3 stays. Within 60 days of arrival, the full balance is due at booking. Free cancellation is available within 48 hours of booking. Other cancellation deadlines and a $200 cancellation fee apply according to the stay period.

Getting there

The resort is adjacent to Rum Point Club and the Bioluminescent Bay. Rum Point Club is 100 yards west of the resort. Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill and Kaibo Marina are 1.2 miles away; Starfish Point is 1.7 miles south; Chisholm's Grocery is 4.4 miles away; Over the Edge restaurant is 6.2 miles east; Cayman Crystal Caves are 6.7 miles away; Foster's Market is 12.5 miles away; and Owen Roberts Airport is 26 miles away, a stated 49-minute drive. A rental car is highly recommended; taxi service is described as unreliable and expensive outside town, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
