The house

Dolphin Point Club 310 is an approximately 1,850 sq. ft. residence with modern indoor-outdoor living, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private covered balcony with seating and panoramic Caribbean Sea views. The gourmet kitchen has premium appliances, stone countertops, custom cabinetry, and an oversized island. The primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, dual-vanity ensuite bathroom, and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. Resort services include beach service, a heated infinity pool, private dock access, an on-site restaurant and bar, fitness center, daily light housekeeping, business center, and complimentary snorkel equipment subject to first-come, first-served availability. Rum Point Club is 100 yards west of the resort and offers a beach, restaurant, beach bar, table service, and water-sports rentals.

The resort has 500 feet of reef-protected beachfront with guest beach service and a private dock with a ladder for water entry. A 10% resort fee applies, and 13% occupancy tax is added to rates.
