The house

The home accommodates up to 18 guests and has six bedrooms and six bathrooms: five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Sleeping arrangements comprise three king beds, one queen bed, two double beds and two duo bunk sets, each with a double below and a twin above. Three bedrooms are ensuite.

The top floor has an open-plan great room, dining area and equipped kitchen with ocean views. The kitchen includes two full-size refrigerator/freezers, a pantry, double oven, two dishwashers, double sinks, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, and cookware. A wet bar includes wine and beverage cooling. A covered screened porch has a granite table.

The middle floor has a den, laundry and deck access. A large hot tub sits under the upper covered porch, and a west-facing porch has rocking chairs for sunset views. The lower floor includes a recreation room with a full-size Brunswick slate pool table, wet bar and third refrigerator, plus a theater room with leather reclining chairs. The home has nine smart TVs, satellite and streaming TV, and an elevator.

The outdoor private pool has a concrete deck with lounge chairs and two nearby private outdoor showers. Other facilities include a gas grill, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home uses a private well. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. Ocean and sunset views extend from the elevated dune setting; wild horses and deer often visit the property.
