House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are permitted; cats are not allowed. Dogs must be well-behaved and housebroken, and pets are prohibited from pools and hot tubs. Check-in and check-out are on Sundays. Guests are responsible for replenishing paper products, trash bags and soaps after the arrival starter supplies.
Getting there
Oceanfront with a private beach walkway without steps. Duck Village is within walking distance or a short bike ride. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
