- Up to two dogs are permitted, with no weight limit. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. No additional pet fee applies unless otherwise stated. Pets are not permitted in pools or hot tubs.

- Equipped kitchen and a ground-floor kitchenette. Kitchen equipment includes cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and drip coffee maker. A pod coffee maker is new for 2027.
- Washing machine
- Washer and dryer; laundry facilities on Level 1.
Pool
Private pool- Heated
Outdoor private pool, size stated as 12 × 31. Open April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. Optional heating costs $600 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. A community outdoor pool is also available.
