Dockside Studio is most comfortable for two guests and can sleep three on short stays, subject to host confirmation. It offers a queen bed and auxiliary single bed, a hot shower, A/C, Wi-Fi and cable TV. The mini-kitchen is intended for quick meals and snacks. The waterfront location has marina dining nearby, taxis around the clock and nearby bus and airport connections. Four small rescue dogs live on the dock and in shared areas. For stays of at least one week, the host can provide access to the dockside BBQ area with a gas grill, burner, basic saucepans and tools.
