The website advertises a two-night minimum. The kitchenette is for quick meals and snacks only. No additional electric cooking equipment, including hot plates, rice cookers or slow cookers. For bookings of a week or more, request access to the dockside gas grill and burner. Most comfortable for two guests; up to three for short stays, subject to host confirmation of stay length. Check-in is 13:00–20:00. No guest pets or parties/events. Quiet hours on the shared waterfront deck run from 21:00 until sunrise. Children may not use the patios, gated entry or docks without an adult. Smoking is allowed on Airbnb.
Getting there
Most comfortable for two guests. A third guest can be accommodated for short stays; confirm the stay length with the host. Four resident rescue dogs share the dock and patios. Airbnb states this studio is not suitable for children or infants. Stairs, nearby open water, traffic and marina noise should be expected. Airbnb reports no smoke or carbon monoxide alarm. The kitchenette has no cooktop.
