House rules
The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is two; no additional persons are permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited. Event-related, commercial, or other non-traditional uses, including rotating guest groups during one stay, require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Following cancellation, Marquis may attempt to arrange rebooking, subject to the owner's decision to reopen the dates. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours.
Getting there
The beach is a one-block walk away. Only one car per reservation is permitted. The property is not handicap accessible and is not suitable for multiple families, unrelated guests, or children of any age. Outside Memorial Day through Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
