The house

Unit 1 is part of a nine-unit hotel and has natural light, a large sofa and seating area, a work-from-home desk, and a private entrance. The first-floor bedroom has one queen bed, air conditioning, a TV, a standard closet, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, and a hair dryer are provided.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. The unit has heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, cable and smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. A shared fitness studio and an outdoor shower are available. Outdoor amenities include table-and-chair furniture, a gas grill, a wood-burning fire pit, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, two beach chairs, and a paddle board. Outdoor furniture and equipment are subject to off-season availability.

The beach is a one-block walk away. Restaurants, bars, and grocery stores are one mile away; Montauk lighthouse is three miles away, and Gosman's Dock, fishing docks, and Long Island Sound are two miles away.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
