Children are welcome. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Rentals are for a full 30-day period with exclusive occupancy; the monthly charge applies regardless of nights used, with no prorating. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
A narrow public beach access walkway runs between the yard and ocean, with surfers, fishers and beachgoers passing by. Direct ocean access is available from the yard. Kaimana Beach, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki surf breaks and Diamond Head lookout are within walking reach. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two driveway stalls; the garage is excluded.
