The house

Diamond Head Surf House has ocean-facing living and dining areas, multiple lanais, a covered oceanside dining and lounging area, a private yard and a rooftop sun terrace with coastline views. A narrow public beach walkway separates the yard from the ocean, with direct access to the oceanfront seawall walkway and nearby surf breaks.

The primary bedroom occupies the third floor and has ocean views, a private balcony, a king bed and an ensuite with a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower and large vanity. The second-floor guest bedroom has a king bed and full-size daybed, mountain views and an ensuite. The ground-level guest bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite. Every bedroom has central air conditioning, cable TV, a ceiling fan and a standard closet.

The full kitchen has an island, generous counter space, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, food processor, mixer, cookware and utensils. A BBQ, washer, dryer, linens, iron, hair dryer, safe and private entrance are available. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cooler are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras are present.

Kaimana Beach, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki surf breaks, Diamond Head lookout, and Waikiki dining and shopping are within walking reach. Honolulu Zoo, Diamond Head Crater and Ala Moana Center are a short drive away. Two free driveway parking spaces are available; the garage is excluded. A car is recommended. The home is available only as a 30-day rental, with exclusive occupancy for the full period.
