The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors; music audible from the property line violates the city ordinance. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable. Daytime is 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Optional pool and spa heating costs extra per day, with variable pricing; request it before arrival and allow up to 48 hours for heating.
Getting there
The home is north of Palm Springs International Airport. Downtown Palm Springs is a three-mile drive away. Joshua Tree National Park is 35 miles away.
