The house

The home has 1,400 square feet of living space with retro Hollywood Regency styling. The living room has two sofas, a large HDTV and a small desk. The dining area opens to the living room and fully equipped kitchen and extends from the kitchen island. Two large covered patios provide outdoor lounging and dining overlooking a saltwater pool and spa. The rear lounging patio faces east, and the pool area has westward views of Mt. San Jacinto. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, oven, stovetop, blender, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Permit 002902.
