The house

The approximately 4,500-square-foot home has renovated interiors, four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an additional lower-level sleeping area, and a fully stocked designer kitchen with high-end appliances. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pot and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. The finished basement has ping-pong, a home theater, a children's play area and a bonus room. A steam room, gas fireplace, heating, washer and dryer are also available.

The mahogany deck has outdoor dining furniture, loungers and a five-burner gas Weber grill. Outdoor facilities include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, wood-burning fire pit, private tennis court with rackets and balls, full basketball court and cornhole. The fenced backyard includes baby and child swings, slides and a tree house. Four beach chairs and a cooler are provided.

Sonos serves the living areas, basement and pool deck. Wi-Fi extends throughout the house and onto the deck. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have televisions; smart TV and Bluetooth speaker facilities are also available. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are supplied. The house has a private entrance, driveway parking for six cars and a garage.

The home is minutes from beaches and town. Under the Elite program, the homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
