The home accommodates up to six guests and has an open living and dining area with water views and a fireplace. Ditch Plains Beach is across from the house, with swimming and surfing steps away; Montauk's shops and restaurants are a short drive away.
Two bedrooms are on the first/main floor: one has a king bed and walk-in closet, and the other has a queen bed and closet. The second-floor bedroom has a queen bed and closet. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a TV and a full ensuite bathroom. There is also a second-floor half bathroom.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, cable and smart TV, and a Sonos/stereo speaker system. Outdoor equipment includes a gas grill, three adult bicycles, beach chairs and a beach umbrella, with an uncovered deck/patio. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. The home is child-friendly but has no crib, pool, hot tub or fitness equipment.
