Darlana House accommodates up to six guests. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has one single bunk-bed unit. All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity, with a separate toilet. Two lounge areas include a smart TV, flat-screen TV and indoor fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer.
Heating, a ceiling fan and a smoke detector are provided. Outdoors are a deck for dining, BBQ grill, garden fire pit and fully fenced, enclosed yard. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
