House rules
Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Forced moves in days may apply over peak times, subject to the terms and conditions.
Getting there
Anglesea Beach is 3.2 km away, a short drive from the house. Anglesea Golf Club is 170 m away; Coogoorah Park Playground is 1.9 km away; Studio 66 – Cinnamons Art is 2.1 km away; Point Roadknight is 2.2 km away. Off-street parking accommodates two cars. Only small dogs are permitted because the fence height is unsuitable for large dogs.
