House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is six. The lead guest named on the booking must be at least 25 years old. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The reservation holder must remain present for the entire stay. Full guest names and vehicle license plate numbers must be provided before arrival under Palm Springs requirements. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require confirmation and completion through the Guest Experience team. Date-dependent minimum stays range from four to seven nights in the published booking restrictions.
Getting there
On-site parking is limited to three vehicles.
