The house

Moroccan-inspired tiling, mosaics and colorful rugs furnish the home. Landscaped grounds include bougainvillea, olive and citrus trees, rosemary and jasmine, with mountain and palm views.

The living and dining area has cathedral ceilings, couches, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, telescope, a two-seat café table and a dining table seating eight. The connected kitchen has Viking appliances and a breakfast bar for two. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

Sliding doors open from the great room to a private backyard with a heated pool, hot tub/sitting spa, outdoor seating, an outdoor fireplace/firepit and two outdoor showers. A grill is available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with shower, an office and French doors opening to the pool deck. Both guest bedrooms have king beds, share a bathroom with shower and have outdoor access: one opens onto the pool patio and the other onto a two-person table beneath bougainvillea.

The home has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and on-site parking for three vehicles. Starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided.
