House rules
Weekly rates apply for 2–14 people, with an additional $35 per person per night for up to 22 people. A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge, and $550 cleaning fee apply. A $1,000 prepaid damage deposit is refunded 30 days after departure if no damage occurs. For Christmas/New Year arrivals on December 23, 24, or 25, a minimum number of nights may apply. Optional services include grocery stocking, rental jeeps, and private chef setup.
Getting there
The property is in Fish Bay, 12–15 minutes by car from Cruz Bay. The closest beach is stated as a 15–20 minute drive to the National Park. The main home and lower levels include exterior steps, and the property has numerous stairs. Guests are met at the ferry dock and escorted to the villa.
