The house

The property combines a four-bedroom main home with a three-bedroom villa accessed through a separate entrance. The main home has two floors, an open living area, kitchen, dining area, upper deck, two upper-level master suites with ensuite tiled bathrooms, a lower-level kitchenette, two lower-level bedrooms, a shared tiled bathroom, and a screened porch. The villa has two main-level suites with ensuite bathrooms and a kitchenette, plus a lower-level King suite with a bathroom, full kitchen area, and private screened porch.

The pool area includes a pool deck and a covered, enclosed cabana with a kitchenette, counter, and refrigerator. The property has trails, fruit trees, Fish Bay and Caribbean views, and exterior steps between levels and areas. An on-island team offers optional grocery stocking, rental jeeps, and private chef setup. Guests are met at the ferry dock and escorted to the villa for an orientation.
