Maximum occupancy is 22 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. A credit-card preauthorization of $4,900.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Reservations require an electronic signature accepting the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival access information is released. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team to arrange this service. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Half of the booking total is due on booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in returns the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access leads directly onto Park City Mountain terrain. A private snowcat service transports guests to and from the ski runs. Parking is limited to five cars.
