The house

Criterion at the Colony accommodates up to 22 guests in seven bedroom suites, each with an ensuite bathroom and views of the pines. Five suites have king beds; two bunk suites each have three full-over-full bunk beds. The home has eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

An open-plan great room features timber detailing, stone fireplaces and large windows overlooking White Pine Canyon. A main kitchen and separate preparation kitchen support group dining, alongside two wet bars, a glass-enclosed wine cellar and a dining table. Heated stone terraces have outdoor fireplaces, and exterior water features frame the mountain setting.

Recreation facilities include a private movie theater, indoor golf simulator, billiards, shuffleboard, a game room and a private fitness room. A sauna and private outdoor hot tub provide space to unwind. Ski-in/ski-out access is complemented by a private snowcat service transporting guests to and from the ski runs, ski storage and boot heaters.

The home includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a grill, televisions and a garage with free parking. The kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, hair dryers and ironing equipment are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are available.

The surrounding Canyons Village area offers skiing and snowboarding in winter, and hiking, mountain biking and golfing in summer, along with dining, shopping, concerts and festivals. Long-term stays are allowed.
