House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Up to two pets are allowed for a fee per pet; undisclosed pets without AvantStay approval may incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify AvantStay about a registered service animal or emotional support animal. This is a smoke-free home: violations incur a $500 additional cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. All bookings require an $800 security deposit charged after booking; event bookings and certain parties may require an additional deposit. Bookings over 30 days must pay utilities.
Getting there
The Schoharie River is across the road. The home is on a highway, and some traffic noise is audible indoors. The detached studio is a few steps from the main house. Driveway parking is limited to two vehicles; there is no garage or EV charger, and parking on the grass is prohibited.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at avantstay.com.
