Is the pool fenced?
No. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets require owner approval; please inquire. Additional fees and/or a security deposit may apply. The dog approval fee is $500 per dog per booking.
Who handles guest communication during the stay?
The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
