Children are welcome. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed. Evidence of smoking may incur a fee of at least €200 EUR. For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use utilities policy applies with a limit of €80 included. Extra keys, when possible, lost keys or door-opening service cost €20. Extra cleaning costs the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen costs €30 for towels and sheets for two people, excluding sofa-bed linen. Treat this private property as your own. Free cancellation is offered up to five days before check-in.
Getting there
Midterm bookings only. The studio is on the ground floor. Porto's historic centre is accessible by car or public transport; Matosinhos and its beaches are within easy reach.
