The house

The studio combines a living and sleeping area with one double bed, a TV, air conditioning and a large window providing natural light. Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio. Heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and a hair dryer are provided.

The kitchenette is equipped for small meals and snacks, with basic crockery, a microwave, hob, electric kettle, toaster and fridge. There is a table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Towels, bedlinen and toiletries are supplied, and the property is professionally cleaned. Starter supplies for the first days include shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

The studio is in a residential neighbourhood near ISCAP, Hospital Universitário de São João, IPO Porto and the Asprela University Campus. Supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies and Portuguese restaurants are within easy reach. Porto's historic centre is accessible by car or public transport, and Matosinhos and its Atlantic beaches are also within easy reach.
